react-scriptspackage is missing in your current project directory. -
Using the package without installing it in the project.

Installed the package in a global context and trying to use in project local context.
To solve the error “‘react-scripts’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file”, open the project root folder in your terminal and run the following command to install the react-scripts package.
