react-scripts
package is missing in your current project directory. -
Using the package without installing it in the project.

Installed the package in a global context and trying to use in project local context.
To solve the error “‘react-scripts’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file”, open the project root folder in your terminal and run the following command to install the react-scripts
package.
npm install react-scripts
If you’re using the yarn as your package manager, then you can use the below command to install it:
yarn add react-scripts
If you’re still facing the error, then follow the below steps to resolve it.
- Remove the
node_modules
folder andpackage-lock.json
file, inside your project directory by using the below command.
